For total peace of mind, BuGas offer an annual landlord safety inspection:

- Tightness check carried out recording any pressure loss

​

- Visual inspection of appliance, terminal position and any signs of incomplete combustion

​

- Visual ventilation checks

​

- Operational checks of appliance including case seals, flue flow, spillage and combustion checks

​

- Test all appliance safety devices

​

- Test smoke and carbon monoxide alarms

​

​

On completion, two copies of your gas safety certificate will be issued.
